Solfilms Studio provides video production, photography, livestream, 360 virtual tours, drone footage, and related multimedia services. All bookings are subject to availability, consultation, and a signed contract.

2. Inquiries and Proposals

Submissions through our inquiry form are requests for information and a proposal. A formal quote is prepared after consultation and scope review. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Booking and Payment

• • A deposit is required to reserve your shoot date or event.
• • Deposit amount and payment terms are specified in your individual contract.
• • Balance is due per the schedule outlined in your signed agreement.
• • Accepted payment methods are specified in the contract.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking contract. We work in good faith on reasonable changes, but refund eligibility is determined by the contract terms and cancellation date.

5. Communications

By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry and project. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including SMS opt-in, opt-out, and frequency.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All content on our website — videos, photography, designs, copy — is the property of Solfilms Studio or our collaborators. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our portfolio content without written permission. Usage rights for your project deliverables are specified in your signed contract.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is." We work to deliver high-quality results, but final deliverables depend on factors beyond our control (weather, lighting, venue conditions, client direction). All warranties and guarantees are specified in your individual contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solfilms Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
