Livestream as a dedicated service

Solfilms Livestream is its own production lane: bonded uplink, multi-camera shading, and program audio designed for remote audiences—not a webcam bolted onto photo or video coverage. Use this page to scope streams for weddings, corporate, faith, and private events.

Who we stream for

Supported event types — same crew discipline whether the room seats 40 or 4,000.

  • Weddings & tented ceremonies
  • Corporate launches & town halls
  • Conferences & keynotes
  • Church services & worship
  • Private celebrations & galas
  • Special one-off events

Features & deliverables

What you can expect on the contract—not generic “we go live” language.

  • Multi-camera program switching (ATEM-class workflows)
  • Graphics, lower-thirds, and branded holds
  • Redundant program record + optional ISOs
  • Stream health monitoring (bitrate, FPS, uplink)
  • VOD upload and same-week highlight cuts on request

Platforms & technical options

  • YouTube & public platforms

Unlisted or public, chat moderation guidance.

  • Private RTMP & embed pages

    For compliance-sensitive guest lists.

  • Zoom / hybrid bridges

When remote presenters join the same show.

  • Bonded cellular & hardline

Ingress planning when venue Wi‑Fi is crowded.

On location

The same rigs we stream your show with

Scroll through this long-form walkthrough: each block reveals what we do while muted BTS loops play beside the copy—no controls, no audio—so you can focus on the story.

What you're hiring

Broadcast live production—not a webcam in the corner

We build a full signal path: cameras with real lenses, microphones that survive a DJ, a program line you can shade, bonded uplink when Wi‑Fi is crowded, and a human watching the same numbers your audience sees.

The clips beside this copy are the same rigs we fly for weddings, galas, launches, and hybrid rooms. They autoplay muted as you scroll—decoration with substance: proof of how we work, not stock b‑roll.

Ceremonies & tented venues

Wedding stream, rain or shine

Program monitors, record tally, and a clean line of sight to vows—so grandparents watching from another country see the same beat as the front row.

We plan rain plans, tent power, and where the uplink antenna can breathe. Your film crew and your stream crew share one timeline so nothing gets stepped on.

Switching & shading

Program & ISO—cuts that land on the beat

ATEM switching, multiview, and remote shading so toasts, processions, and keynote walks hit the right camera at the right moment.

ISO recordings can be rolled for post when you want both a clean program for the stream and camera-native files for the edit bay.

Field BTS · IMG_1587

On the floor with the same crew you meet on show day

This is an original field take from the same shoot as the muted hero loop—QuickTime .mov in Safari, H.264 .mp4 everywhere else—so you see how we stand in the aisle without turning your ceremony into a TV set.

Wireless audio on the rig, comms between operators, and lenses chosen for low light when house lights dip.

Deliverability

Encoder health in the field

Bitrate, FPS, and uplink on display—we watch the path your audience sees, not only the pretty multiview.

When something blips, we already planned a failover path: backup record, second encoder, or a bonded cellular leg—scoped in discovery, not invented during vows.

Major shows · IMG_7137

When the stream is the main stage

Rigging, line checks, and the scale we bring when thousands of remote viewers depend on one program feed.

Big venues mean longer cable runs, RF coordination, and more comms discipline—we load in with a checklist, not a guess.

Before doors open

Load-in ready—picture, light, and audio paths mapped

Multi-cam coverage, lighting, and audio paths planned before guests arrive so the first live minute looks as intentional as hour three.

That is the difference between “we turned on a stream” and “we produced a show.”

Video sources ship as .mov and .mp4 under public/assets/videos/livestream/ for Safari QuickTime and universal H.264 playback.

Process

From load-in to sign-off

Scroll through how we take your show from load-in to sign-off.

Step 1

Discovery & run of show

We align on run-of-show, shot list, platform targets (YouTube, private RTMP, Zoom hybrid), and backup paths so nothing is left to chance the day of.

Step 2

Site survey & connectivity

Bonded cellular and hardline where available; we plan ingress bandwidth, encoder headroom, and audio routing from DJ / board / wireless lavs.

Step 3

Live execution & monitoring

Multi-camera shading, graphics lower-thirds, and a dedicated stream health watch — with redundant record of the program feed for post-event delivery.

Step 4

Archive & highlights

ISO recordings when requested, VOD upload, and optional same-week highlight cut-downs for social.

FAQ

Can viewers join from anywhere?

Yes — we can deliver to public platforms, passworded pages, or private RTMP endpoints depending on your compliance and guest list.

What about audio from a DJ or band?

We take a balanced feed from the sound board when possible, plus ambient mics as backup so speeches stay intelligible on stream.

Do you stream church services and houses of worship?

Yes — we respect sanctuary acoustics and line-of-sight rules, take clean feeds from your house audio when available, and keep camera placement discreet for in-room congregants.

Do you cover outside Florida?

We are Florida-based and travel for select productions. Travel is scoped in the quote with kit logistics included.
